Alexander Lloyd have an exciting new position for a Pension Team Leader to join a firm dealing with a range of Pension schemes. The main purpose of this role will be overseeing a team of administrators and you will be responsible for the daily management of both staff and work allocation.
Main duties:
To be responsible for the day to day management, direction and coaching of all team members who provide a front-line and back office pensions administration service.
To provide solutions for incoming and outgoing complex queries and complaints both in writing, verbally and electronically.
To manage the statistical analysis work of the teams dealing with the administration of member services including admissions to the scheme, transfers of pension rights, increasing benefits, calculation and payment of early leaver benefits, the calculation and initial payment of pension benefits and deaths and data cleansing.
The role would suit either an experienced manager or a pension professional looking to take a step into management.
