My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Consultant or Account Manager on a permanent basis; to provide client-facing, front-line support to clients regarding their specific policies and delivering end-to-end projects, as well as accurately delivering overall management of renewals and supporting internal stakeholders in ensuring that the clients' needs are met. You will also explore areas in which to cross-sell and expand the portfolio, but for the avoidance of doubt, this is a 'farmer' role, as opposed to being a 'hunter'.
You should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of working closely with clients (consistently achieving success and meeting their needs) and obtained industry-relevant qualifications (such as the RO1, IF7 and GR1) would be preferable.
