We are working with a business based in the Henfield location who is looking for an Accounts assistant to join there very busy finance team on a temp to perm basis, The role will start as a 6 months contact with a view of going perm.
The role is a very busy hands on role and would maybe suit an early stage AAT Studier as this will give you rounded Accounts experience Duties consist of Purchase ledger processing: Process invoices/credit notes in a timely manner Suppler statement reconciliations Payment processing Dealing with supplier queries Sales ledger processing Processing sales invoices/credit notes Reconciling bank accounts and petty cash Filing invoices Administration duties The successful candidate will be focused and driven by results and keen to progress there skills in an accounts environment. You will be comfortable managing busy workloads and able to prioritise. Good IT skills are essential.
