JOB DETAILS

-An interesting and varied role has come available for a Temporary Human Resources Systems and Reporting Analyst to join this illustrious organisation on an ongoing temporary basis where you will provide and implement International HRIS knowledge across the markets supporting the business and its strategies

Preparing/Implementing the roll out from a technical point of view as well as training and knowledge management
o Providing system support when required
o Providing system and project support for future systems
o Administration of MyView (employee administration, training, accesses, upgrade,…)
o Administration of RL (UAT, Upgrade, Training, system accesses,…)
o Deliver of core cyclical and ad hoc HR reports for UK and International
o Provide accurate data in a consistent format from HRIS
o Work with HR Advisors, HRBP's and HR Managers to improve data quality in HRIS
o Identification / escalation of more serious data issues to HR Manager, HR Services Manager & Business Partners
o Responsibility to review and develop efficient solutions to reporting requirements
o Proactive approach to following up queries and ensuring that they are resolved
o Play an active role in other activities through the provision and manipulation of appropriate data
o Support on-going or ad hoc HR projects providing timely & accurate data

Experience of HR processes and working within an HR function desired
* Customer service and strong ability to anticipate and understand the customer needs
* Deep technical and functional knowledge of HRIS, Time Management and Payroll
* Understanding of HR strategies and policies
* Strong communication skills
* Experience in an International environment is desirable
* Strong excel, systems and I.T. skills
* Qualification in HR, IT or HRIS
