Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be working with a growing Manufacturing organisation based in Sussex.

My Client is seeking an experienced HR Manager (generalist) on Part Time basis (25 hours per week). The successful incumbent Will provide a high level of HR support implementing strategic HR plans. They will also contribute to the development of the wider UK HR strategy to ensure they can attract and retain new and existing talent.

Assisted by 1 HR Advisor and 1 Hr Admin who you will be line managed by you, you will work in conjunction with the site general manager to understand business objectives and develop the HR strategies, ensuring these are delivered on time and on budget.

You will also work with the site leadership team delivering effective and timely performance management process's and creating performance improvement plans.

Along with the above there will projects to manage and deliver, employee engagement programmes, Employee relations cases and also implementing an Early in Careers strategy the site.

Key Skills

* Previous Experience working as an HR Manager
* Manufacturing/Engineering background
* Generalist skill set
* CIPD Qualified

Salary on offer is £55,000 - £59,000 (pro rata)

Although currently remote working, a full office presence is required once restrictions are lifted. Please only apply if you are able to travel to site each working day.
