A leading and reputable organisation based in the Crawley area are seeking an established employee relations specialist to work on a variety of projects through a significant period of change. A key focus will be to look at their absence management process and how the business can improve this strategically, working closely with the HR Business Partners to deliver and implement these changes.
The role holder will be a credible and highly visible, able to take time to understand the business, how it operates and therefore build great relationships with line managers. You will pro actively support line managers in undertaking reviews of absence through the provision of expert professional advice and guidance and manage and track the progress of people through our support processes, ensuring they have timely occupational health, wellbeing and other interventions to help them get better sooner. The role is available as a permanent or 12 month FTC and the salary is £50,000.
