I am looking for an experienced HR Generalist with on Operational and Strategic background.
Ideally you will come from an aviation, manufacturing like back ground.
You will have / need -
* Excellent generalist skill set
* Project Management skills
* Full generalist skill set
* Strong on Operational HR Duties
* Self starter with a can do attitude to get on a get results.
* Previous experience as an HRBP (4 years or more)
* CIPD Qualification (level 5 and above preferred)
The office is located in West Sussex but Hybrid working is supported with 2/3 days office based per week.
Salary on offer for this role is between £50,000 - £55,000 DOE
