Interim Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Manager
12 month fixed term contract
Salary c£55k depending on experience
Hybrid role, based West Sussex
As part of this medium sized, fast-growing organisation's HR function, you'll aim to drive an increase in employee engagement and organisational performance through the creation and implementation of an integrated and strategy aligned Internal Communications and Engagement plan.
You'll lead the continuous evolution and transformation of the approach to internal communications to ensure engagement with the organisation's strategic objectives, business updates, and other key communications by collaborating effectively with key stakeholders and optimal use of communications channels and initiatives.
You'll manage the organisation's central employee engagement activities, from developing and implementing company-wide initiatives, to more strategic events targeted at specific groups of people.
You will partner with the Senior Leadership Team to advise, coach and support them with their engagement and communications agendas to help deliver strategic business objectives.
You will also lead and oversee the effective management of various internal communications channels, charity/community initiatives, recognition schemes, and social events.
An experienced Internal Communications professional, you will have:
* A thorough understanding of employee engagement and internal communications principles and processes
* The ability to explain detailed and complicated information in simple, everyday language
* The ability to produce strong business proposals linked to strategic objectives
* People management experience
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to provide support and challenge
Salary is c£55k d.o.e. and the organisation is on a huge growth curve with some exciting projects lined up for 2022.
