An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast paced and growing financial organisation on 12 month FTC. Our client is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the business during this busy period and to lead, line manage and coach the existing HR team.
Would you enjoy;
* Leading the HR team * Supporting the head of function to deliver strategic objectives * Designing and implementing people management policies * Supporting the implementation of a new HR system * Acting as a BP to the HR team
We are looking for someone with;
* Experience of managing complex ER issues * Strong people management skills * Excellent relationship management skills * An understanding of DB pension scheme * Financial services background (preferable not essential)
