Alexander Lloyd is currently recruiting for a passionate Learning and Development Lead, to help the Head of L&D and HR Directors shape the L&D function in the UK.
Key responsibilities: * Reviewing and updating leadership, management and competency development portfolios and designing and delivering bespoke team development events and companywide learning events * Maintaining and developing relationships with external providers, ensuring that they understand the environment * Champion learning and development within the business to create an agile learning environment where employees and managers learn together
Key skills * Accreditation to use team development tools such as MBTI and Situational Leadership is desirable, as is experience in designing and delivering self-managed learning solutions. * Experience supporting learning function in a professional blue chip organisation * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and latest learning technology platforms (e.g. Cornerstone)
