Alexander Lloyd are recruiting for a Member Services Executive based in West Sussex for an Employee Benefits organisation!

You will be responsible for dealing with all customer on a day-to-day basis and providing administration support on Defined Contribution schemes via telephone and email, identify, escalate and analyse customer complaints, contribute to the development and improvements of the customer service processes including system development, automation, testing and production.

Ideally looking for candidates who Pensions Administration experience on either Defined Benefits or Defined Contribution schemes and who have completed or are wanting to study towards the PMI Certificate in Pensions Essential, Level 3.
