We are looking for a Compensation and Benefits Lead on a Full Time, Permanent basis, to join their HR function.
The Ideal candidate will be able to work standalone with support from the HR function as and when needed. This is a perfect opportunity for a Reward Analyst or someone of a similar position, that is looking to make a step into a Lead role without the responsibility of management or any direct reports.
You will have/need:
* Experienced (at least two years') in a Compensation and Benefits role * Experienced with advanced knowledge of Excel is critical including VLook Up and Pivot Tables * Experienced of advising on and day to day management of companies reward scheme * Confidence in managing a complex workload and prioritise as require
The organisations head office is based in Weybridge, the role will be remote initially moving to 1/2 days in the office a week shortly.
The salary on offer is up to £50,000 DOE.
