JOB DETAILS

Our highly reputable client has an interesting and varied role for a Human Resources/Recruitment Advisor to join them on 6 months fixed term contract where you will be responsible for managing the current recruitment projects including but not exclusively relating to Weekend Working. The role will also support the HR Team on a number of Employee Relations cases.

Facilitate the implementation of the HR Strategy and operational processes, including but not limited to
HR Business process efficiencies
Company recruitment, training and talent management processes
Provide advice and support to Managers and Supervision
Recruitment/ Resource Planning
Identifies and produces Plan for Recruitment Projects
Delivers recruitment and selection processes for the Company across all levels of employee to support current high volume recruitment activity.
Drafting job descriptions, selecting the appropriate sourcing methods, designing interview questions and methods of assessment.
Management of media and agencies
Support of absence management processes within the business
Support agreed retention strategies
Support and report on exit interview process
Provide strong one to one support for the Managers and Supervisors on ER matters
Act as company representative at disciplinary, grievance and appeal interviews
Implement HR policies that support business requirements along with meeting current employment legislation requirements
Arrange offer letters and new starter compliance documentation for all successful applicants
Ensure that individual personnel files and data held on employees is up to date and accurate

Ideally you will either be CPP Qualified or Part or fully Qualified CIPD or have a degree
* Have a broad generalist experience within a manufacturing/warehouse environment and experience at advisor level
* Recruitment and interviewing experience
* Experience in supporting Managers and employees through employee relations issues.
* Have a strong working knowledge of employment law.
* Experience with HR systems and packages
