Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a well-known UK organisation, who are looking for an HR Business Partner.

Reporting directly into the Head of HR, this role will offer great autonomy and will play a key part in the team's progress, due to the particular project they have in mind.

Day to duties will include; implementation of people plan and strategy, lead on organisational design, support with complex ER cases, help business leaders drive engagement through supporting with proactive initiatives.

You will have/need:

* Extensive, proven experience of working in a dynamic, busy HR Business Partner role in a fast paced, complex organisation
* Experience of leading end-to-end organisational change projects, including restructures and TUPE
* Excellent employment law knowledge and current thinking in HR issues Advanced IT skills (outlook, word, excel, powerpoint)
* Degree qualified (or educational equivalent) or equivalent experience
* CIPD Level 7 or equivalent experience

The organisations Head Office is based in Worthing, which is the preferred location however they do offer hybrid working.

The salary on offer is up to £60,000 DOE.
