JOB DETAILS

A rare opportunity for a Procurement Programme Manager has arisen for our utilities client based on the South Coast. The scope of the role will include:

* Drive value from existing and potential vendor relationships
* Deliver a comprehensive procurement transformation programme across the group
* Take a lead role in the delivery of procurement and commercial contract management processes, re-engineering as appropriate
* Redesign new procurement process methodologies
* Balance strategic and tactical change
* Manage key stakeholder relationships through change and transformation programme
* Deliver continuous improvement across procurement.
* Support development of new demand management approach

Suitable applicants must be able to demonstrate significant change management and transformation experience ideally within a regulated environment (OJEU). You will be an experienced Project / Programme Manager (establishing methodologies, tracking risk analysis, Prince 2).

This is a highly visible role where you will drive integration between a procurement function and the wider business and is a genuine chance to shape and transform.
