How do sales come into play when it comes to recruitment? Well, a large aspect of our day-to-day is business development; selling our services to new and existing clients over the phone, and also selling to our candidates, whether that’s a new job, an exciting new company or just having a catch up call.
So yes, sales is a large part of what we do, but at Alexander Lloyd, we focus on the relationship side of things. We truly believe that if you can build a lasting relationship with your clients and candidates, then the sales part is much easier.
We are very fortunate in that we’ve been around for over 2 decades, we are known in all the markets we recruit into, but we’re also known in the local area.
