    About the role:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for administering an established portfolio of Group Risk and Healthcare arrangements, ranging from SME – large corporate.     This is dual location role is split across Reading and Bristol. Travel to each site weekly is essential so location is key for the position.

    Working alongside the HR Manager you will provide first class HR support to multiple client areas with a headcount of around 600 employees.

    This is a full HR Generalist role with a heavy emphasis on Employee Relations. You will have exposure across all levels so you will need confidence in communicating with senior employees.

    Your background will ideally be linked to the professional/financial services sector however this is not essential. You will just need to have experience within fast-paced, large, complex, matrix organisations.
