Alexander are partnered with a leading Pensions & Employee Benefits Consultancy, due to growth our client is looking to hire an Employee Benefits Client Support Administrator to their collaborative Consultancy Support Team. This position is a hybrid position, 2x days a week in the office which can be based in either the Bristol or Cheltenham Office.
About the role:
The successful candidate will support the Employer Consulting team who provides assistance to Line Manager, Consultants and Client Relationship Managers with administration tasks in relation to Defined Contributions, Group Risk and Healthcare arrangements. Administration tasks will include Group Risk and Healthcare claims and renewal, in addition to processing member data analysis, maintaining regular contact with clients by telephone, email and letter, checking and issuing financial statements to clients and attending client meetings.
In terms of experience, the successful candidate will have current Group Risk Administration experience to be considered for this role. This is a fantastic and opportunity to get involved and gain experience with Defined Contribution and Healthcare arrangements.

Due to continued growth and expansion our client is looking to recruit an experienced pension’s professional to join their Pension Redress team. They are looking for an individual who has experience in the pensions industry, strong technical skills and who enjoys the challenge of varied role. You will join a friendly and supportive team of Actuaries and Consultants who take pride in delivering excellent work.
The role is primarily focused on the preparation of files so that they are ready for redress calculations. There are also opportunities to attend external meetings and to take on client management, if desired.
Key responsibilities will include:
The right candidate will have good Pensions Technical Knowledge and Professional Qualifications are ideal. You will also have experience of working on UK Defined Benefit Pension schemes including a detailed understanding of the legislative background to these schemes.
