This position is a hybrid position, 2x days a week in the office which can be based in either the Bristol or Cheltenham Office.

  About the role:

  The successful candidate will support the Employer Consulting team who provides assistance to Line Manager, Consultants and Client Relationship Managers with administration tasks in relation to Defined Contributions, Group Risk and Healthcare arrangements. Administration tasks will include Group Risk and Healthcare claims and renewal, in addition to processing member data analysis, maintaining regular contact with clients by telephone, email and letter, checking and issuing financial statements to clients and attending client meetings.

  In terms of experience, the successful candidate will have current Group Risk Administration experience to be considered for this role. This is a fantastic and opportunity to get involved and gain experience with Defined Contribution and Healthcare arrangements.

  Employee Benefits Client Support Administrator

• Due to continued growth and expansion our client is looking to recruit an experienced pension’s professional to join their Pension Redress team. They are looking for an individual who has experience in the pensions industry, strong technical skills and who enjoys the challenge of varied role. You will join a friendly and supportive team of Actuaries and Consultants who take pride in delivering excellent work.

  The role is primarily focused on the preparation of files so that they are ready for redress calculations. There are also opportunities to attend external meetings and to take on client management, if desired.

  Key responsibilities will include:

  • Initial review of case paperwork to assess the circumstances of the redress
  • Identification of any necessary data gathering
  • Data gathering from occupational pension schemes, personal pension plan providers and individuals
  • Managing client relationships and expectations

  The right candidate will have good Pensions Technical Knowledge and Professional Qualifications are ideal. You will also have experience of working on UK Defined Benefit Pension schemes including a detailed understanding of the legislative background to these schemes.   Employee Benefits Consultant

  Alexander Lloyd have an exciting new role for a Business Analyst to work within an experienced team who are responsible for evaluating requirements and business processes, identify viable solutions and then work with the team and Product Owners to assess, develop and implement efficient solutions that deliver the required outcomes.

  Main Duties of the role will include:

  • Managing, organising and motivating junior Business Analysts to provide a quality service to internal and external clients, making sure service standards are met and control procedures are followed
  • Keep up-to-date with changing legislation and industry developments and consider the implications on working practices etc.

    Act as a mentor for more junior Business Analysts, including identifying training needs and coaching.
  • Supporting ‘pre-project’ activities such as the preparation of the business case with impact assessments and cost/benefit analysis, identifying key users, problem sets, markets, competitors and estimating financials
