  About the role;

  You will be responsible for providing a wide range of administration services to a portfolio of trust-based Pension Schemes, mainly Defined Benefits however will include Defined Contribution schemes too. In addition to this, you will be responsible for the following;

  • Completing BAU Administration cases such as Joiners / Leavers, Bereavements, Retirements, Divorces, Transfers In & Transfers, supporting on member enquiries
  • Assisting and processing calculations and payments of scheme benefits
  • Support in the delivery of project work such as GMP & data exercises, Pension increases etc
  • Liaising with Stakeholder
  • Allocating and checking work of junior members of the team
  • Mentor, train and support junior members of the team where necessary

  You must have previous administration experience of Defined Benefits schemes and supervisory or management experience including performance monitoring, appraisals and recruitment.

Working within this established Pension and Actuarial firm you will be responsible for managing a team of experienced administrators ensuring that work flow is distributed evenly and fairly, SLAs are met and ensuring that all staff members comply with the PPF procedures.

  Main responsibilities will include:

  Attend client meetings as required and where appropriate deliver administration consultancy services.
  Take a key share in responsibility for the internal team and workflow meetings, ensuring the team are kept up to date with changes in procedures and requirements.
