• Are you currently working as a Senior Pensions Administrator or a Pension Team Leader and looking for a change to take up a managerial role within a Leading Pension firm?

  As a Pension Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing a team of established and experienced Pension and Senior Pension Administrators working on a range of Defined Benefit Pension schemes. Although your focus will be very much on managing the team and their service delivery, you may also have some client management responsibilities and this position can really provide a range of varied and interesting duties!

  Daily duties will include:

  • Monitoring the team’s performance against Service Level Agreements
  • hold regular 1:1 meetings with team members to discuss their development and performance
  • Be responsible for developing and retaining good working relationships with a portfolio of clients, communicating with them on a regular basis and at a senior level to provide guidance and support
  • Hold regular team meetings to discuss any client issues

  This new opportunity focuses on the fast growing ESG (Environmental, social and governance) agenda whilst also business partnering for the protection of our customers, stock & colleagues in store. Our business culture gives everyone a voice and you will be expected to use yours to drive change and innovation in these 2 key business areas from a finance perspective. The role will involve exposure to and engagement with senior stakeholders across the business and colleagues across the globe

  You will also be expected to support with forecasting and budgeting month end accounting requirements and ad hoc commercial analysis.

  The Candidate

  • ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified with industry experience – PQ considered for high quality candidates with proven track records)
  • Strong Excel (VBA ideal but not essential)
  • Proven business partnering and communication skills
  • A passion for and at least a basic understanding of ESG
  • Experience with Power BI would be ideal but not essential but must have the ability to learn new systems quickly
