Our client is looking to add a Senior Pensions Administrator to their BAU Administration team. This is a hybrid working role, 2 days a week in the office, 3x days working from home. This role can be aligned to the either their Belfast, Glasgow or Manchester offices.
About the role;
You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration services to a portfolio of Defined Benefits schemes on behalf of the scheme trustees. You will be the main point of contact for scheme members, scheme managers and trustees and other relevant third parties, attending trustee meetings as and when required.
To be considered for this position the candidate ideally will have at minimum of 2+ years’ experience working with Defined Benefit schemes. Knowledge and experience with GMP Reconciliation / Equalisation calculations would be advantageous but not essential.

About the role;
Within this role you will be responsible for providing member events administration to occupational schemes (Defined Benefits) for a range of clients; calculating benefits for members such as leavers, retirements, transfers and deaths, maintaining up to date records for members and dealing with general queries from employers and trustees. Other additional responsibilities include assisting in the preparation of the annual benefit statements and dealing with Trustee AVC Schemes
The ideal candidate will be in a similar role from within the Pensions Consultancy / TPA sector, with 1 – 2 years’ experience.
