Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a start-up manufacturing organisation, who are looking for a Standalone HR Manager to join them on an initial 12 month FTC. This organisation is connected to a well-known global organisation, so have great financial backing.
They are looking for someone to essentially join and start HR from scratch, putting the frameworks in place to allow them grow in the right way.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
Worked in manufacturing and also in a Start-up/SME
Driving & Managing Change
Negotiating & Influencing, particularly with stakeholders
Setting up Human Resources Policies, Processes, Structures
HR Planning and Development
Employee Relations
Organisational Change Management
Talent Management
Compensation Management
Their office is based in Fareham, the role is Hybrid with 3 or 4 days per week in the office.
The salary on offer is up to £65,000.

Early Careers Recruitment Manager – Standalone

Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be partnering with a law organisation on the recruitment of an Early Careers Recruitment Manager on a Full Time, Permanent basis.
Working closely with the Training Principal and the wider People Team Business Partners, as Early Careers Recruitment Manager you will: have full responsibility of their early careers strategy, expand their current early careers offer to include apprentices, school leavers, work experience, experience days and any other routes to qualification as appropriate, work with People Business Partners / TA team on developing insight and knowledge into hiring areas and design the assessment centre days.
This is a standalone role, managing the Early Careers Recruitment for this organisation. You will work closely with the L&D / Recruitment functions and will report into the Head of OD.
You will have/need:
A highly successful proven depth of experience gained for working in a similar role, ideally with experience of law firms / professional services firms
Excellent understanding of the various routes to qualification and how they can be leveraged for effective workforce planning
Proven success with the acquisition of talent from diverse backgrounds
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to focus, plan prioritise and cope under pressure
Strong IT skills with experience of updating and maintaining systems and procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills with an organised and practical approach to work
A good understanding of what motivates and energises future talent
The ability to manage both the expectations of applications as well as internal trainees and stakeholders
Proven experience of senior stakeholder management
The organisation have offices in London, Guildford and Southampton, their preference is a Southampton base but they’re open minded.
The salary on offer is up to £50,000 + 10% bonus.
