    About the role:

    As a Senior Pensions Manager, the successful candidate will be working as part of the outsourced pensions management and scheme secretarial team. Acting as the lead, managing a portfolio of clients and managing the day-to-day delivery of services to those clients. Key responsibilities will involve:

    • Lead and oversee the project management of a portfolio of pension schemes and specific projects being undertaken.
    • Oversee delivery of scheme secretarial and scheme governance tasks.
    • Assist with refinement of pension management processes.

  • Alexander Lloyd are currently partnered with a Growing Re-Insurance provider on a Proposition Governance Lead role that will provide independent challenge, regulatory insight, and governance assurance. You will be responsible for maintaining effective governance frameworks, overseeing regulatory compliance, and ensuring that risks, decisions, and outcomes are clearly evidenced and documented.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Apply and oversee the governance framework for retail retirement propositions, ensuring full compliance with Consumer Duty and PROD4 requirements for the Retail Product Manufacturing unit.
