We are currently partnering with a National Pension Firm who are seeking a ‘Head of Pension Practice’ to oversee a a department who are providing innovative solutions in GMP reconciliation, equalisation, and rectification for their UK Defined Benefit Pension Schemes clients.
They are looking for is someone who has a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering on technical focussed Pensions projects. You will have around 4/5 direct reports with the ultimate responsibility for a team of around 20/25 employees, meaning you will also be accountable for profitability, workflow and projects oversight.
The ideal candidate would have previous experience of working across GMP’s and exposure to signing off technical GMP’s, however this is NOT essential, the firm are focussed on finding someone who can ensure all promises to clients are kept and successfully overseeing all client & technical projects are completed on time!
This is a remote/home worker position, so there’s plenty of flexibility on offer. You will also have the opportunity to well and truly put your stamp on things as well as having access to plenty of future career development!

This opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Pensions Administrator who has responsibility of allocating and checking colleagues work or a current Senior Administrator who is looking for a fresh challenge within the industry.
You will be responsible for providing the day-to-day member administration services to a portfolio of clients across Defined Benefits schemes; including leavers, retirements, bereavement, transfers in & transfers out. Within this Senior Administrator position, you may allocate and check to the team, dealing with complex cases and perform manual and automated benefit calculations, overseeing the management of monthly and annual processes of the team.
