Alexander Lloyd is recruiting for a Senior Pensions Payroll Administrator within a reputable Pensions Administration firm in London. This is a hybrid position which offers flexible home working.
About the role:
As part of the role, the successful candidate would be responsible for providing a range of payroll services to Defined Benefits & Defined Contributions clients, including running and balancing payrolls, reconciliation, sign off and payments. In addition, the candidate will process and peer review on other administrative tasks such as setting up and ceasing of pension payments, pension amounts and payment instructions. The candidate will also participate in the annual P60 and Pension Increase exercises and other adhoc projects such as new implementations, as and when required.
In terms of experience, candidates will need to be working in a similar role and have experience of providing payroll services to DB & DC clients, as well as strong working knowledge of rules and regulations in relation to payroll processing.

Alexander Lloyd are delighted to be supporting a Professional Services organisation on the recruitment of a Temporary HR Assistant for an initial 4 month period (Day Rate).
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for providing day to day administrative advice and guidance to the business.
To be successful in this role you will need to have a few years experience within an HR Admin/Assistant role, understand the key workings of the function and fully understand how to handle confidential data.
You will be supporting the HRBPs, managing the mailbox with queries, coordinating requests regarding new starters, leavers and training sessions, support on ER cases and much more.
We are ideally looking for someone to start ASAP (preferably Feb start) but can also consider early March.
You will have/need:-
