About the role:
Within this role, the successful candidate will be joining a small but growing team and will be responsible for handling and analysing complaints and errors identified within the Operational teams; providing expert advise and guidance and lead on improvement processes by identifying technical issues.
The ideal candidate will already be working within the Third-Party Administration sector and should possess strong Defined Benefits experience. Also, ideally looking for candidates with experience of audit management but not essential.
This position can be based in one of the following offices: Croydon, Reading, Birmingham or Manchester. This is a hybrid position which can offer lots of flexibility.

Interim HR Business Partner
18 month contract
£85-£105,000 plus benefits depending on experience

Alexander Lloyd are partnering with an asset management business based in London to help them source an Interim HR Business Partner for an initial period of 18 months. This role will be based in London and support over 100 employees across the UK .This role will support a wide range of HR processes, and serve as a single point of contact for UK colleagues.
Role Responsibilities:
CIPD qualified and a graduate (or equivalent experience), the successful candidate will have experience with consultation processes and guidelines and able to navigate through complex Employee Relations matters. You will have demonstrated experience leading business/stakeholders through change and transformation, and will have experience gained as a standalone HR professional within a regulated financial services environment.
A competitive salary of £85-105k is on offer, and there is potential that this 18 month contract could run longer or convert to permanent.

Senior Pensions Administrator (In House) – London

Within the role you will play a lead role in providing a wide range of administration services across Defined Benefits and Defined Contribution Pension schemes.
