About the role:

This SME team currently consists of 4 consultants across Group Risk and Healthcare. This role would be on the Group Risk side overseeing a portfolio of 150 schemes, with lives ranging from 3 – 300. You would have an account manager who does all the quotes to providers, renewals and ongoing admin, so you can focus on the client aspect. You would be primarily responsible for the retention of your existing portfolio of Group Risk clients as well as maximising any new business opportunities from up / cross selling existing accounts and converting new business leads. A suitable candidate would have at least some client facing / consulting experience with Group Risk products within a consultancy environment, or someone who is already in a consultant position looking for more progression within a leading EBC with strong staff retention.
This opportunity is paying from £35,000 – £40,000, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits package. About the role;
