• Your duties will include but not be limited too:

  • The Outsourcing Director will be a a member of the London Senior Leadership Team and will jointly lead the department’s day to day client facing activity, ensuring this is aligned to, and promotes the business’ strategy and culture.

They will liaise directly with clients and ensure that they and their team react quickly to the changing demands of client businesses.
  • The role holder will lead the team in the implementation of accounting systems, procedures and ongoing outsourced accounting and related compliance. This will comprise of UK entities where strong UK GAAP knowledge and sound VAT knowledge is essential. IFRS and FCA compliance knowledge would also be preferable.
  • Take responsibility for generating new business opportunities and conversion into new clients
  • Keep up to date with Accounting standards and VAT compliance changes, delivering updates to the wider business as required
