    This person would be responsible ensuring the effective operation of the trustee board of a large single DB scheme, giving this particular role an In House feel within a consultancy. You will be coordinating the primary board and its sub-committees, taking minutes and following through on agreed action points, delivering robust governance and risk management solutions. Managing the logistics of all trustee meetings, drafting and presenting agendas, meeting packs and papers, taking minutes and following through on action points, managing all governance documents etc. To be considered for this role you will need strong experience in DB governance and ideally some secretarial experience. If you have delivered In House Pension trustee secretarial operations, that is a bonus but not essential. This person would sit within the Client team which consists of 6 staff, they would be supported by more junior colleagues if and when needed but not have any line or people management responsibilities.

    This position would be paying £50,000 – £60,000 plus 5% company bonus and benefits on top. This position would be hybrid in Central London, with you attending of the office 1.5 days per week in average or 75 days in office per year. They could be flexible however you would have to attend all trustee meetings in person, they generally have c16 per year in clusters of a couple of days per quarter, plus ad hoc meetings.
