    As the standalone reward subject matter expert based in the UK, your duties will include:

    Developing, implementing and managing the global compensation and benefits programs with a focus on UK, North America and EU region (approx. 700 FTE in 20 countries).

    This will encompass job evaluation, salary benchmarking, annual compensation review, pension and benefits management and relocation.

    Working in collaboration with the HR Director and Head of HR Operations to develop a reward philosophy and framework aligned to the people and business strategy, to drive performance, engagement and retention of talent.

    We are looking for highly motivated compensation and benefits specialists (analyst level or above) who are passionate about making a meaningful difference to customers’ lives.

    • Strong experience in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits plans with international exposure
    • Understanding of the principles of global mobility and how to set up and manage relocation benefits to ensure compliance
    • Knowledge of job evaluation, pay frameworks and benchmarking
    • Excellent analytical and excel skills working with high volumes of data from various sources
    • Experience of leading and delivering compensation and benefits projects
    • Experience of external vendor selection and management
