As the standalone reward subject matter expert based in the UK, your duties will include:
Developing, implementing and managing the global compensation and benefits programs with a focus on UK, North America and EU region (approx. 700 FTE in 20 countries).
This will encompass job evaluation, salary benchmarking, annual compensation review, pension and benefits management and relocation.
Working in collaboration with the HR Director and Head of HR Operations to develop a reward philosophy and framework aligned to the people and business strategy, to drive performance, engagement and retention of talent.
