Although the role is mainly focused around strategic advice and guidance, you will also need to be able to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in as and when required.
The role is a true Business Partnering role, and also encompasses the full HR life cycle. You will focus on change management, talent and succession planning, talent development strategies, recruitment strategies, complex and senior level employee relations cases and much more.
You will need to have an understanding of SMCR and be from a financial services background.
