Alexander Lloyd is partnered with an expanding In-House Pension firm based in Sheffield, our client is looking to recruit for enthusiastic and talented Pensions Administration candidates to join their successful and collaborative Pension team. The successful candidate will be responsible day-to-day Pensions Administration (Defined Benefits & Defined Contributions schemes), calculating and processing benefits for members based on their entitlements under the plan.
Alongside your day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll get the chance to help deliver and support with the scheme events administration and help to identify how the company can improve their services. You will also be given the opportunity to take ownership over your own development, exposing you to interesting work, letting you plan your own workload and giving you the opportunity to study for an industry-recognised Pension qualifications.
Skills & Experienced required:
In terms of experience, we’re looking to speak with experienced Pension Administration candidates who have experience delivering either (or both) Defined Benefits or Defined Contributions Pension Schemes. Ideally, you’ll already have a professional Pension qualification but not essential, our client will help support with qualifications if not!
