The Role
As a Senior Employee Benefits Administrator you will play a pivotal role in supporting Consultants and Directors and ensuring the delivery of a high-quality, consistent service to our clients. You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, overseeing the accuracy of client records, and ensuring our processes and procedures are adhered to across the department.
