As the Employee Benefits Team Leader you’ll be responsible for successfully managing & leading a team of Administrators, Account Managers and Consultants. You will also be accountable for driving forward the performance of the team and the quality of service being provided clients. You will need to oversee the day to day workloads, provide training and guidance when necessary and perform regular appraisals and one to ones.
