    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Calculation of full-time equivalent salary in respect of death in service benefits for the teacher’s/tutors on variable hour contracts
    • To conduct a comprehensive review of the Council’s approach as a scheme employer to ensure that this specific project is being undertaken correctly and effectively
    • Suggest best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the scheme’s administration

    Essential Criteria:

    • Experience working on Teacher’s Pensions Schemes
    • Proven track record of successfully managing similar consultancy projects
