    About the role;

    You would be responsible for providing full cradle to grave administration on a portfolio of clients for Defined Benefits schemes (mainly) this may also include Defined Contributions schemes too;

    • processing manual calculations
    • processing joiners & leavers, deaths, retirements, divorces, transfers etc
    • dealing and responding to member’s and resolving enquiries
    • supporting and delivering on management reports and ad-hoc projects

    To be considered for this role, you must have current administration experience on Defined Benefits schemes from within a TPA or Consultancy environment.

    Location: Birmingham, B4 7UL. This is a hybrid position, 2x days a week in the office 3x days working from home. May be some further flexibility for experienced Administrators.

The role can be remote based covering all areas of the UK to a client base of over 6000 clients. As a Sales Consultant for this established firm you will be responsible for promoting employee well-being through innovative healthcare solutions to a range of different sized clients. You will use your consultative skills to understand organisational requirements in full, whilst also using these insights to support the continuous improvement and innovation of the firm’s services.

    Main duties will include:

    Lead on identifying and engaging with employers within a specific geographical region, building the sales pipeline for the portfolio of the firm’s products and services.

    • Proactively undertaking business development with new customers.
    • Be able to put the customer first, really understanding and communicating their requirements and working in a solution based, problem solving sales approach.

    You must have in depth experience of DB & DC Pensions administration and AVC arrangements, whilst managing teams to be considered for this role.
