The duties will include but not be limited too
You will have the following skill set:
Alexander Lloyd are partnering with a long standing, committed in their field business based in Crawley on the hire of a permanent Accounts Payable clerk.
We have placed within this finance team previously, with very minimal turnover, so we can highly recommend! Infact, 50% of their staff have been there for over 5 years and 20% for over 10 years.
The ideal candidate will be AAT studying, or keen to study their AAT. We are also taking applications from candidates who are qualified by extensive AP experience.
You will:
Check purchase invoices and credit notes to purchase orders and process accordingly
Resolve any invoice queries
Preparation of monthly payment runs via Bank electronic payment systems.
Posting of supplier payments and reconciliation in multi-currencies
Posting and preparing expenses in multi currencies
Perform to a high standard to meet weekly and monthly deadlines
Assist with internal audit
Support on year-end accounts
Support on sales ledger and credit control when required
Paying up to £30k PA + benefits + Study support
