Alexander Lloyd are currently partnered with a growing Pensions Administration firm based in Leeds who are looking for an experienced Pensions Administrator to join their busy and collaborative BAU Administration team. This is a hybrid working position, 2 days a week in the Leeds office.
As a Pensions Administrator, you’ll be responsible for owning and managing all aspects of Pensions admin services for Member Events and Scheme events, including DB calculations and member enquiries. In addition to this, you will be processing monthly contributions and benefit calculation including data input and changes.
In terms of experience, candidates will ideally have 2-4 years DB administration experience with strong manual calculations and excel skills.
Location: Leeds, LS1 4DY – hybrid working 2 days a week in the office

Alexander Lloyd are partnered with a well-established Pensions Consultancy that are currently recruiting for a Pensions Team Leader to join them in office in Leeds!
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for proactively managing a team engaged in a variety of tasks related to the administration of Defined Benefit Schemes. You will be responsible for ensuring that company delivers contracted levels of service and reporting within agreed costs and time scales.
In addition, the Team Manager will also be supporting Senior Management, attending client meetings and contributing towards ad-hoc projects as and when required.
The successful candidate will already be working as a Deputy Team Leader or a current Pensions Manager within the Pensions TPA / Consultancy sector. The Hiring Manager is also keen to talk to experience Senior Pension Administrators who have been informal deputising for their Team Leader.
Candidates will possess strong leadership skills and have advanced technical pensions knowledge across Defined Benefits schemes.
