Due to continued growth of their Pensions Administration business, are looking to hire a Pensions Administration Technical Lead for their Portsmouth office and on full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for being a technical lead dealing with complex pension cases and provide support, advice and solving problems. The candidate will also be working very closely with managers to help support with the technical cases and provide innovative solutions and implement changes.
In terms of experience, ideally candidates will need to have strong DB Pensions Administration & Scheme Events experience, around 5-7 years. Although not exclusive as applications will be considered on a case by case basis. Supervisory or leadership skills would also be an advantage.

DB Senior Pensions Administrator
About the role & Company:
Alexander Lloyd is partnered with a leading Pensions Consultancy who are looking to recruit for a Senior Pensions Administrator in London. These roles would be ideal for an experienced Pensions Administrator who has responsibility of allocating and checking colleagues work or a current Senior Administrator who is looking for a fresh challenge.
You will be responsible for providing the day-to-day administration services to a portfolio of clients across Defined Benefits and Defined Contribution schemes. Within this Senior Administrator position, you will also be involved in annual scheme events and project work as well as some client facing responsibility. Payroll & Benefits Adviser (Permanent & Interim Opportunities) London
Working as part of the Payroll team you will oversee the monthly payroll processing of UK & International payrolls by liaising closely with the outsourced payroll provider.
You will also have oversight of the benefits administration scheme.
There are a number of newly created, existing and new benefits in the pipeline, you would work closely with the dedicated Benefits lead to look at the financial impacts/ various tax deductions etc.
Opportunity for occasional travel to their European offices if you want it!
This role offers lots of interaction across the business in particular with the finance team but across all divisions. Big emphasis on value add and relationship building. Drive on supporting new processes and initiatives.
Oversight of a Payroll Administrator who will do the more junior duties.

The Person
– Solid experience of end to end UK Payroll
– Experience of processing European payrolls
– CIPP Qualification or equivalent
