    About the role:

    This will be hands on role and high-level leadership role; the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the Administration teams for a portfolio of Defined Benefit (mainly) and Defined Contribution Schemes, monitoring the team’s performance & delivery, as well as supporting and developing colleagues so that they have opportunities to grow within the business.

    As part of the national leadership team, you will also be the conduit between stakeholders and internal teams such actuarial, payroll and projects. In additional, the Senior Pensions Manager will also get involved in varied tasks such as client projects, attend client & trustee meetings, identify new business and profit opportunities and present to prospect client.
