This position is a hybrid position, 2x days a week in the office which will be based from the Amersham office.
About the role:
The successful candidate will support and provide a range of administration services to Trustee Occupational Pensions Schemes such as Defined Benefits, Defined Contributions and CARE arrangements. Administration tasks will include processing Deaths, Retirements, Divorces, Joiners & Leavers, processing manual calculations. The candidate will also get involved in payroll, administration consulting, scheme governance and trustee secretarial services as and when required.
In terms of experience, the ideal candidate will have current Defined Benefit or Defined Contribution Administration experience. Full and part-time candidates will be considered.
Location – Amersham, HP5 1DH. Hybrid working 2x days a week in the office.

This is a hybrid working role, 2 days a week in the office, 3x days working from home. This role can be aligned to the either their Belfast, Glasgow or Manchester office depending on the location of the candidate.

As a Senior Pensions Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative services to a portfolio of clients / schemes dealing with complex cases, there is also an opportunity for the Senior to get involved in more projects such as data and GMP exercises and build on their client facing responsibilities.
Location: Hybrid working arrangement to one of the following offices; Belfast, Glasgow or Manchester.

The role will report into the Head of Financial Reporting and be responsible for financial accounting, group consolidation and reporting as well as providing finance support for ad hoc requests and M&A activity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the preparation and review of the Group monthly consolidation close process
* M&A support and other corporate finance activity
* Assist in the preparation of internal management reports and analysis
* Assist with the preparation of the Annual Report and Accounts and the Interim Report, providing support with Annual Report production and process
* PLC accounts and UK subsidiary statutory accounts preparation;
* Assist with technical accounting updates and new accounting standards (IFRS 2, 9, 15, 16)
* Financial modelling and analysis
* Exposure to senior management team and CFO
Qualifications and relevant experience:
* ACA/ACCA fully qualified with a background in accountancy practice preferred
* Experience in a Group financial statutory accounting and consolidation role with international exposure preferred
* Knowledge of IFRS and new UK GAAP
Personal attributes:
* Comfortable dealing with employees at a senior level;
* Strong communicator;
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Able to work accurately to tight deadlines
