    About the role:

    The successful candidate will provide pension scheme administration to a portfolio of Defined Benefits schemes ranging in size. As a Pension Administrator you will be responsible for providing manual calculations and processing payments of member benefits. In addition to this, you will:

    • Provide excellent administration services to pension scheme members
    • Dealing and responding to enquiries from members, via telephone and email and sending relevant correspondence.

    Key skills & experience:

    Deputy Pensions Team Leader

  • Reward Manager

    Hybrid, based London or Surrey

    £100-115,000 plus benefits depending on experience

    Alexander Lloyd are pleased to partner with a global Insurance organisation on their search for a Reward Manager to form part of a team of 7 FTE and take the #2 role, reporting to the Head of Reward.

    As Reward Manager, you will use your expertise in Reward, Performance, Pensions and Benefits to help deliver key reward processes across the UK business. You will support and manage the integration, operational efficiency, sustainability and ongoing cost management of the function.

    You will investigate, recommend and implement the agreed Reward Strategy whilst maintaining high levels of engagement with employees.

    You’ll be involved in key projects in the Reward Centre of Expertise as well as those in the wider HR team. The role will require liaising and working with colleagues in Group HR. Duties include:

    • Support the CHRO and the Head Reward on corporate initiatives e.g. strategic projects, restructures, etc.
    • Executive appointments and changes to Executive contracts.
    • Preparing reports and updating actions for the Compensation and Nomination Committee and the Executive Committee meetings.
    • Lead on some of the key Reward projects that are needed to deliver the 3 year Reward Strategy.

    • Reward:
    • Overseeing of year end cycle which includes the salary review and bonus for all levels.
    • Management of all aspects of Executive Compensation within local and Group frameworks.
    • Oversee the annual Performance Management cycle.
    • Complete external and internal benchmarking analysis for senior roles and use insights to support compensation decisions.
    • Oversee and ensure gathering and analysis of high quality data for annual activities; e.g. annual benchmarking submissions, gender pay gap reporting and national / real living wage checks.
    • Maintain the governance and integrity of the job evaluation process.
    • Oversight of the Reward governance;Pay and Bonus Guidelines etc.
    • Partner wider HR and business leaders as a subject matter expert.
    • Rolling out and ensuring changes are culturally embedded in the organisation.
    • Identifying and recommending improvements to the Reward offering.

    Successful candidates will be proven Reward professionals, ideally with experience gained in a regulated financial services organisation. Executive compensation and remco experience is key, and a PLC background would be highly beneficial. You must be highly numerate, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills for board and remco meetings.

  • About the Role

    As a key member of the Finance Team, it will be your responsibility to ensure accurate and timely reporting to the external financial bodies that govern the UK.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Perform detailed monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation reviews, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal and external reporting requirements
    • Lead the Audit process from start to finish, coordinating with internal teams and auditors to meet deadlines and resolve any issues
    • Act as the primary contact for auditors, building strong relationships to ensure a smooth and efficient audit cycle
    • Prepare and submit statutory accounts
    • Collaborate with external Tax Advisors to compile and review the annual Tax Returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission

    • Handle other HMRC reporting obligations, such as director changes, Companies House filings, and SAO reporting
    • Financial accounting of acquisitions, joint ventures, and disposals, ensuring compliance with Tax and other requirements
    • Contribute to the Month-End processes, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner to meet reporting deadlines

    Part Time Senior Reporting Accountant

  • Alexander Lloyd are proud to be supporting a fast growth, large employer in West Sussex in their search for a Systems Accountant to lead on an exciting ERP implementation.

    You will be reporting to the Head of Finance and leading the implementation of the new Microsoft Dynamics 365 system as well as the review of associated systems related to the complete finance process.

    • Managing the project for the implementation of MS Dynamics 365 in cross-functional teams across Finance, Credit Admin, IT, and other relevant business functions.
    • Advising on key business processes (e.g., Finance reporting, Financial planning, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Financial Close, Tax, Treasury, etc.).

    • Prior experience of a software implementation and driving process improvements is essential
    • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office including Dynamics 365
