An opportunity has become available for an Accounts Assistant to join a Staines based company on an interim basis for a 6 - 9 months maternity cover.
Some of you responsibilities will include: * Administration of customer accounts and project codes for the department. * Creating and filing of sales invoices. * Dealing will accounts receivables queries from colleagues and customers. * Liaising with project managers to discuss invoicing. * Producing aged receivables reports and manage the accounts. * Entering foreign currency purchase invoices into system. * Preparing payments runs. * Sending out remittance advices. * Dealing with supplier queries. * Responsibility for petty cash. * Any ad hoc duties as appointed by line manager.
The successful candidate will: * Be available to start work the week commencing the 24th of April. * Live locally to Staines. * Have experience relating to the responsibilities with heavy emphasis on Accounts Receivables and Payables. * Excellent telephone manner and ability to liaise with colleagues of all levels.
