We are working with a client based in Crawley West Sussex who are looking for an Accounts Assistant for a 9 month contract to support the finance manager and work in a team of 4.
The Accounts Assistant is a key part of the finance team where you will be responsible for but limited to Processing invoices *Process payments from suppliers *Processing expenses *Multi-currency supplier payment runs *Accounts Payable Balance Sheet reconciliations *Ad hoc requests to assist within the Finance team *Ad hoc queries from the business and suppliers
To be considered for this role, candidates must have the relevant have experience with Accounts Payable as well as strong proficiency with Excel and SAP. You will also need to demonstrated ability to manage a varied workload and communicate effectively
Parking and a competivtie salary are alos offered with this contract
