The Company -Our client, well known in their particular industry, are currently recruiting a temporary Human Resources Assistant to help cover a particularly busy period for 2/3 months where you will assist the HR team with various human resource administrative duties.

The Role-Carrying out references for new starters
Sending out offers
Payroll/data inputting
Data entry of absence
Scanning and filing
Updating organisational charts
Managing weekly/monthly reports particularly for NMW/NLW and Long Service Awards
helping/assisting out with the Inductions
DBS & reference checks

The Person-MUST be immediately available and MUST be a car driver. You will have some HR knowledge and experience from previous HR roles and ideally be able to commit for at least 2 months. You will be committed, enthusiastic and keen to assist in a wide variety of human resource tasks as well as have solid computer skills on word and excel. You will also be a good communicator and be numerate
