HR Advisor


Alexander Lloyd are pleased to be working on a very exciting HR Advisor opportunity for a not for profit organisation based in Surrey. This is a chance to step up into a senior position and gain valuable experience within a growing organisation.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

* Main point of contact for all senior management and employees across the business by giving advice and assistance on any people issues and HR related queries.
* Manage, improve and implement HR policies and procedures whilst ensuring these are kept up to date and relevant.
* Assist managers with the investigation, reporting and presentation of ER related cases such as disciplinary and grievances.
* Ensuring the HR systems Cascade is updated to include employee records and absences by running regular audit reports.
* Hold HR Business Partner meetings that will review all HR data against performance and deliver specific action plans.
* Support the recruitment team as and when require.

Skills/ Experience:

* CIPD Qualified or Degree Educated within HR.
* Previous industry experience would be desired but is not essential
* Strong knowledge and experience of Employment Law
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient HR systems user as well and Microsoft Office.
