Interim HR Manager FTC 12 months paying between up to £45,000
Our client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Manager to join the on a 12 month FTC. This engineering organisation are seeking a HR Manager who is knowledgeable, experienced and motivated to face a new challenge.
Would you enjoy;
* Providing a true HR generalist service to the organisation - overseeing all HR activity, administration, ER, disciplinary, capability and ill health * Working closely with the HR Director to deliver on projects * Proactively coaching and educating line managers * Leading the HR team and monitoring and delegating work to the team
We are looking for someone with;
* Strong communication skills - written and verbal including producing documents for the board * Strong people management skills * Excellent organisational skills * Experience of working on HR projects * CIPD qualification
