Due to a period of growth and succession one of the biggest Employee Benefits Consultancies are currently looking to add an Employee Benefits Consultant on a permanent basis to their expanding London based team.

Some of they main functions of this role will be to meet with clients on a daily basis and provide them with sound advice and solutions with regards to their Group Risk and PMI related schemes and products. You will need to be involved in presentations with corporate clients, highlighting the most effective policies for their individual needs. There will also be opportunities to bring in new business by utilising any cross selling potential.

To be successful in this role you need to be coming from a very similar position with a thorough knowledge of UK related Group Risk and Private Medical Insurance schemes and products. You should be able to demonstrate strong relationship building and management skills, as well as possessing a strong drive and motivation to really make a difference to the clients that you are working with and be prepared to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. It will be a huge advantage if you have the GR1 qualification.
