This is an opportunity to join the Early In Careers Resourcing team on a permanent basis. With the offices conveniently located in the centre of London they also offer excellent flexibility with the role mixing office and home based options.
You will be looking after the Early In careers division across the firms key programmes each year; Graduates, Apprentices, Interns and Summer School. This is a critical role for the organisation hiring around 600 students. You will need to manage the End to End Early Careers recruitment ensuring that the high quality of candidates transpire to the firms future Leaders.
You must -
* Have awareness and understanding of the EiC Strategy and objectives
* Experience of managing high volume recruitment
* ability to use data to make informed decisions with experience
* Be able to Manage the end-to-end EiC recruitment process
* Proactively and frequently seek out EiC market knowledge
* Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the process
Salary on offer for this opportunity is up to £42,000
