Based London / Hybrid 50:50
£70-90k depending on experience
Alexander Lloyd are partnering with this global, fast-growing, highly commercial and successful retailer as they grow and develop a best in class Talent Acquisition function. The organisation has an immediate and newly-created requirement for a Diversity and Inclusion Specialist to act as a subject matter expert and strategic DE&I partner supporting the global ambition to strengthen its inclusive culture.
The role is responsible for shaping the development and delivery of the group DE&I plan as part of the wider People Plan; this include the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of DE&I programmes and initiatives to enhance diversity and workplace inclusion across the company.
This role will lead the day-to-day development and implementation of DE&I education and training programmes and will provide recommendations and solutions aligned with business objectives and our Group diversity equity and inclusion goals.
Successful applicants will have :
* Proven experience in driving Diversity Equity & inclusion and/or cultural change programs
* Experience working on people-related projects or within an HR function
* Experience with project management (for example: planning, organising, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals, events and objectives).
* Experience collaborating with both internal and external resources to develop plans that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
This is a new and exciting chance to build a diversity strategy from a blank page. A competitive salary of up to £90k depending on experience is available.
